WE:IN ("the App") is operated by independent developer Seokju Kang ("Developer") who values your privacy and complies with relevant privacy regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

• Required: Email address, encrypted password, nickname
• Automatically Collected: Device information, push notification token, service usage records
• Optional: Event details (title, content, date, time), group information

• Entered by users during account creation or app usage
• Automatically collected during use of the service

• User management and identity verification
• Providing calendar and group-sharing features
• Push notifications (e.g., event or group alerts)
• Improvement of service through usage analysis

• Personal data is retained during the period of active use.
• Upon account deletion, all data is immediately and permanently removed.
• Data may be retained longer only when required by law.

4.1 Deletion Procedure

Once the purpose of data collection is achieved, or upon user withdrawal, personal data is flagged for deletion and then securely destroyed.

4.2 Deletion Method

Electronic data is permanently deleted using secure, irreversible methods.

We do not sell or share personal information to third parties. However, limited data may be processed by the following external services:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, data storage, and analytics
• Expo: For push notification delivery

• Users may view, edit, or delete their personal data at any time.
• Users may withdraw consent or delete their account at any time via in-app settings.
• If the user is under 14, a legal guardian may request access or deletion of the child's data.

• Passwords are securely stored using encryption (e.g., bcrypt)
• Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
• Access to data is controlled and monitored

This Privacy Policy may be revised due to legal or policy changes. Any updates will be announced within the app.
